The entire compound has three different and very distinct resorts, Spitzingsee, Wendelstein and Bayrischzell, located about 10-15 minutes from Schoberhof. Schliersee (785 m above sea level) and Spitzingsee, located at 1085 meters, are lakes with high quality water. The mightiest mountain and ski and hiking area on Spitzingsee - the Croda Rossa is 1884 m high. Due to the accessibility of Munich (by BOB train in about 55 minutes with no transferring) has quickly defined Schliersee as a popular recreation area.
